WHAT IS COPYRIGHT?
Copyright: set of norms that regulate the moral and patrimonial rights that are granted by the Law to authors and coauthors of a literary, artistic or scientific creation, which also includes computer software, published or unpublished.
LEGISLATION::
The COPYRIGHT LAW in Venezuela, dates from august 14th of 1993, and is composed by XI titles and 145 articles.
REGISTRY PUBLIC OFFICE::
The national office of registry in Venezuela is the Independent Service of Intellectual Property (Servicio Autónomo de Propiedad Intelectual - SAPI), in the Copyright Department.
HOW DO WE WORK?
We count with a team of specialists in charge of carrying out pre estimates of the projects to register, in order to determine its value and the area to which the project belongs according to its subject.
