Utility Models: exclusive feature rights granted by being based specifically on the utility and functionality of the inventions. It could be said that this kind of right is referred to cases with less inventive than patents.
Industrial Designs: they are based exclusively on the shape of the invention. They mainly talk about the appearance of the totality or part of a product, it is not specifically based on its functionality or process; instead it looks to emphasize the physical appearance. The novelty is given by the appearance of the product.
